The Apartment "Le Rondini", is located on the fourth floor of the ancient Palazzo de Sangro di Fondi (1506) opposite the Church of Sant’Angelo al Nilo, between the Federico II University and Palazzo Corigliano, home to the L’Orientale University.
A few steps away, between the Decumano Maggiore and the Decumano Superiore, we find the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Music and the School of Medicine of the Vanvitelli University.
The location in the center of the city on the lower Decumano, known as Spaccanapoli, allows you to walk to the Port and the main cultural attractions of the city. Despite the central location, the apartment is very bright and quiet to be the window that the balcony overlook a charming courtyard with garden.
